She doesn't know why the mark appeared on her neck, but she doesn't want anyone to see it, including her best friend Ryland, who knows everything else about her. The scar is the reason she hides herself behind baggy clothes, and won't let the idea of kissing Ryland enter her mind, no matter how much she wants to. The scar is the reason she is being hunted. If only she knew that she was. If only she had known that the cursed stone her estranged father sent for her 16th birthday would trigger a change in her. Now, she is being stalked by a tall blonde man, and is miraculously throwing her high school bully ten feet in the air. Joclyn attempts to find some answers and the courage to follow her heart. November/December TBR - Romance, an ending to a magical series & more angels! 👼

Last month my reading goals were pretty ambitious with six books. I ended up reading two on my list ( Stone Cold Touch and Every Last Breath ) and rereading Fallen by Lauren Kate in order to prepare myself for the rest of the series. I'll be adding what I didn't get to last month in addition to two more books for the month of November/December. (These months are super busy for me so I'm combining them.) Here they are: Don't forget to let me know what you are planning on reading for the month or leave me your links below!

What if the person you were meant to be with could never be yours? 17-year-old Lucinda falls in love with a gorgeous, intelligent boy, Daniel, at her new school, the grim, foreboding Sword & Cross . . . only to find out that Daniel is a fallen angel, and that they have spent lifetimes finding and losing one another as good & evil forces plot to keep them apart. Get ready to fall . . . Series: Fallen #1 Source: bookshop Format: Hardcover Pages:452 Genre: YA paranormal romance Rating: 4 Stars Publisher: Delacorte Press Release Date: December 8th 2009 My  Thoughts ... Reading this book the second time around I liked it even more so than the first. Luce has always known she’s different but not until she starts at Sword & Cross does she discover who she truly is. I feel like the author did a fantastic job with the plot, pacing and answering those mysterious questions while still leaving some of that mystery of Luce’s past for the next book Torment . Whi
